Understanding post-processing

In the “Evaluation assessments > Assessments Bank (AMI)” menu, the “Post-processing” tab allows you to adapt the questions asked by changing the validity of the answers or the weightings.

The window shows all the files and questions contained in the selected folder. The weighting coefficient can be adjusted for each question.

The following sections deal with the adjustments that can be made for all types of question on the platform. When a modification is made, the scores are automatically recalculated.

1. Unique Choice Question (UCQ)

The adjustable elements are :

  • The weighting of the question.
  • The valid answer.
  • The correction comment made visible in the corrected copy.

2. Multiple Choice Question (MCQ)

The adjustable elements are

  • The weighting of the question.
  • Wrong/unacceptable/valid or essential answers.
  • The neutralisation of an answer. There is no right or wrong answer to the question for students who answer this option. The item will not be counted in the assessment.
  • The correction comment is made visible in the corrected copy.

3. Short Answer Question

  • The weighting of the question.

4. Associative Question (ASSO)

5. Zoning Question (ZONE)

The adjustable elements are :

  • The weighting of the question.
  • The zones to be taken into account. By clicking on one of the proposals, it is possible to modify the expected zone (by going to the zone, the user can enlarge it or move it). The red dots refer to the participants’ responses. It may therefore be useful to adapt an area to match the responses nearby.
