The different types of assessments

In the “Evaluation assessments > Assessment Bank (AMI)” menu, three types of test are available via the dedicated buttons. Each has its own specific settings which can be used depending on the context of the test to be organised:

  • Exam: Time-limited event available to a selection of participants. Access is restricted by an access code. Real-time monitoring and post-test management (adjustment of marks, corrections, retrieval of marks, statistics, etc.) complete this assessment method.
  • Conference: Time-limited event available to a selection of participants. Access may or may not be restricted by an access code. Real-time monitoring and post-test management (adjustment of marks, corrections, retrieval of marks, statistics, etc.) complete this assessment method.
  • Training: A test available to all users in the “Assessments & training > Predefined training” menu in the learner interface. Access depends on its status (available or not). Once the assessment has been completed, the learner will automatically have access to their mark and the correction of their copy.
