Here are all our frequently asked questions about the “Students” section of the platform.

By default, only the exams scheduled for the day appear in the list. To see past or future exams, change the “status” filter and choose “in progress”, “coming” or “finished”.

Exam access codes are only available to exam administrators on the THEIA platform. They will send them to you in good time so that you can access your exams.

If you are unable to connect to the platform or redefine your password, this is probably because your account does not exist or has been deactivated. If this is the case, you can contact your school contact person, who will be able to help you.

If you can no longer access your marked exam papers or your training sessions, it is probably because you are registered for an exam that has been set to block access to the other interfaces on the platform for the duration of the exam.
